With an under representation in mainstream media, Joshua’s Truth is an online platform that gives aboriginal youth a place to share their truth. Aboriginal is simply a word that refers to the native people of the earth: Black, Indian/Native American, and Indigenous (Hispanic/Latino).
Joshua’s Truth is dedicated to strengthening the connection aboriginal youth have with themselves and their Creator. Many of the problems we face as youth is because God has been taken out of the picture. We aim to bring God back into the picture and show His common relevance in our lives as youth, regardless as to our different ideas about Him.
The magazine offers a platform where Black and aboriginal high school and college students are able to express their truth through art, writing, photography, etc. Furthermore, it highlights and celebrates aboriginal youth across the world and offers interviews, articles, stories, and advice on various categories and how young people can navigate a life where God is at the center.
